Worldquake is a 2017 German language (Short film, Comedy). The short film was initially released on 4th of April 2017 at the Freshflix film festival[1] in Sydney/Australia. Apart from Germany, the film is selected for several film festivals in the United States, Venezuela, Russia, Canada, Egypt, United Kingdom, Romania, Belgium, Italy. After World travel Worldquake was officially released on 6th of April 2019 online.[2]

Production[edit]

Originally the movie was shot in Berlin for a film-contest called 99Fire-Films-Award. So the movie was produced entirely in 99 hours and had a run-time of 99 seconds. Director Rico Herre was not satisfied with the result of a "too fast paced movie" and arranged re-shoots to get more material for the sake of a proper storytelling. And adding theme music and background music composed and produced by Oleksandr Shevchenko. The final Cut of the movie is now 07:26 mins. run-time.
