XTiles[1][2] is a productivity and note-taking web application developed by xTiles Inc.
History
xTiles Inc is a bootstrapped startup founded in 2021 by Maksym Kuchur.
The xTiles core team is based in Ukraine.
In June 2022, an official Android and iOS app was released.
In September 2022, xTiles 1.0 was released.
xTiles has repeatedly entered the TOP of the best programs in different versions:
- In September 2022 Jessica Tan of ContentGrip publishes 19 awesome apps for freelance writers in 2022, xTiles in fourth place.[3]
- In 2023 MD, PhD, creator of the Calmer Notes method for personal knowledge management Elizabeth Butler highlighted 12 best new note taking apps on his website of the same name "Elizabeth Butler", including xTiles.[4]
- In April 2023, xTiles is ranked first among Best Useful Apps for Students.[5]

In July 2022, the author of the idea of xTiles, Maksym Kuchur, is giving an interview for the first time about how the product developed and what the plans are for the near future on one of the popular Ukrainian online magazines about IT business, startups, technologies and entrepreneurship AIN.UA.[9]
Shantanu Kumar did an in-depth review of xTiles in April, looking at the easiest way for a designer to organize projects and increase productivity.[10]
In March Lidia Vijga, Co-founder and CEO of DeckLinks writes, "xTiles is my happy place where I can plan and organize all my social media content for the upcoming weeks. I feel like anything is possible when you plan with xTiles."[11]
"The best mind mapping tools and strategies for business success" published an interview Chuck Frey with xTiles founder Maksym Kuchur where he talks about the thinking behind this visual note-taking tool.[12]

xTiles has the following account options[13]: xTiles Free, xTiles Personal Pro, xTiles Team, xTiles for Students, xTiles for Educators, xTiles for non-profit organizations. Non-profits receive a 100% discount on Personal Pro Plan for a year by proving their organization status by providing appropriate documentation. Also, Educators receive a 50% discount on xTiles Personal Pro Plan after proving their status by providing appropriate documentation.

Launching on Product Hunt on September 20, 2022, xTiles was rated #1 Product of the Day, #1 Product of the Week, #2 Product of the Month, and was nominated for Golden Kitty Awards 2023[14]
