History
Phil Wong is the co-founder and CEO of YOOV, a company that integrates AI capabilities with its robotic process automation platform. In 2024, YOOV Group sought counsel from the Hong Kong corporate division of Stephenson Harwood regarding a proposed reverse merger on NASDAQ. The following year, YOOV collaborated with Avalon GloboCare, leading to a merger that resulted in a seven-member board, comprising two designees from Avalon and five from YOOV. Phil Wong took on the roles of chairman, CEO, and president of the merged business.
