Yambo Studio is a computer-generated imagery (CGI) and design studio based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Its projects in 3D visualization and motion graphics have been covered in publications such as Communication Arts[1] and Stash Media,[2] and exhibited at institutions including the Eretz Israel Museum[3] and the Haifa Museum.[4]
History
Yambo Studio was founded in 2014 by Yam Ben Adiva, an Israeli artist and creative director.[5] Its early operations followed a networked model of 3D artists and technologists working collaboratively across different locations.[1]
In 2023, Yambo Studio collaborated with Wix’s in-house motion team on the Wix Studio launch film, which featured CGI interiors and lighting effects by the studio.[6] The project was profiled in Stash Magazine in connection with the launch.
Earlier projects by the studio were covered by Stash, including the Hydraink Product Showcase (with Ditroit) and the iQOO “Monster Inside” trailer for Vivo.[6]
Creative approach
Yambo Studio works in CGI-based design and visual storytelling, producing visualizations of systems such as software, hardware, and artificial intelligence models.[6]
Web presence and recognitions
Yambo Studio’s website received a Website of the Day award from CSS Design Awards in 2019,[7] and an Honorable Mention from Awwwards in 2024.[8]
