Ylva & Linda Persson are Swedish songwriters and twin sisters best known as composers in national selections to Eurovision Song Contest since 2013.[1] [2] [3] [4] They started their musical career as singers and show artists in a cover band and took classes in music production, vocal training and piano. They were songwriters of «Dovdameahttumii», performed by Ingá-Máret Gaup-Juuso and winners of Sámi Grand Prix 2022. [5] They have released several official songs for Pride [6] and found radio and chart success in Europe. They were vocal coaches for the local music association Rising Star [7] for children and were awarded a culture scholarship for writing songs promoting friendship and against bullying. [8]
