Yury Yuriyovych Shikula (born May 29, 1965) is a highly accomplished Ukrainian coal miner. He works as a mining excavation machine operator in the preparatory works section of the "Samsonivske-Zakhidne Mine Management" unit, part of the "Krasnodonvugillya" joint-stock company in Luhansk Oblast.[1]
Awards and Recognition
Shikula has received significant recognition for his contributions to the Ukrainian coal industry:
- 2012: Awarded the Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the State for his "outstanding personal contribution to the development of the domestic coal industry".[1]
