1980 Belgian Super Cup

The 1980 Belgian Super Cup was a football match which took place on 1, between the winner of the 1979–80 Belgian First Division, Club Brugge KV, and the finalists of the 1979-1980 Belgian Cup, KSK Beveren, who took the place of the winners, Waterschei THOR, who refused to play in the competition.
Club Brugge KV won the match on penalties. This was their first Super Cup victory.[1][2]
