The 1991 Belgian Super Cup was a football match played on 7, between the winner of the 1990–91 Belgian First Division, RSC Anderlecht, and the winner of the 1990–91 Belgian Cup, Club Brugge KV.
Club Brugge KV won the match on penalties. It was the fifth time they had won the trophy.[1][2]
