) was the inaugural edition of the Liga Puteri, an amateur women’s football league organised by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), designed to nurture 16 years old female footballers.[2][3][4]
Format
Eight teams are divided in two groups of four. The top two teams from each group qualify for the semi-final.[5]
