Founding of agency[edit]
The 2e Bureau agency, created by Sylvie Grumbach in 1984, aims at mixing curiosity, imagination and creativity. Regarding its name, 2e Bureau is the annexe, the second office of its clients. 2e Bureau, communication agency, put in place and controls a whole communication strategy relying on the following skils and crafts: press relations, public relations, events organisation, image conception and realisation versatile agency.
