A&G Modes Co., Ltd. (Hangul:주식회사 에이앤지모즈 or (주)에이앤지모즈) is a South Korean music distribution company, subsidiary of Korean internet content company Plantynet.
The company's name and corporate identity was inspired by Aesop's fable The Ant and the Grasshopper.[1][2]
History[3][edit]
A&G Modes was founded in August 2008, with its first release being the project album "Winter & Color".
In September 2009, it was acquired by Plantynet. It rose to popularity through the release of JYJ's debut Korean album "In Heaven".
The company debuted its first artist, the male vocal trio Timber, on October 2013.[4]
