History

The company was incorporated in Mumbai as AGS Infotech Private Limited on December 11, 2002, under the Companies Act 1956. The name of the company was changed to AGS Transact Technologies Private Limited on April 1, 2010. The company became a public limited company on June 22, 2010, and the name was changed to AGS Transact Technologies Limited.

AGSTTL opened its ₹680 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) on January 19, 2022.[6]
