AMS, or more exactly AMS Clothing, was founded in 2013 in Melbourne, Australia. It is destined to become one of the new world's global sportswear manufacturing companies. The brand vision is it will become an important actor on the stage of African football and as a serious and reliable partner, and snatch a significant share of the local market, and on the global sportswear stage in the near future.
History
AMS Clothing, for extended (African Manufacturers of Sportswear), was ideated and established in Melbourne, Australia by a young management team in 2013. The brand concept originated from the operation of an online football shirt business. This venture was conceived out of a passion for international football shirts, attempting to remedy the request by the African local market, and also by collectors of rare international football jerseys, who could not find those of the African federations.
After careful studies on the local market places, it was perceived as a simple idea that could turn into an exciting new opportunity for a real interesting business to challenge a great potential market formed due to an observed business opportunity in this industry. It originally started by making small test kits and clothing proposals to the African Football Federations, now manufacturing sportswear for football teams and athletes.
The company's first business was originally a small football stock in 2014, then became the official kits partnership endorsement with the new entry FIFA and CAF member South Sudan in its historical official debut in the first round of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualification played on 30 May 2014 against Mozambique. For this occasion the company launched on the global stage its new templates arranged for its debut.[1] The AMS Clothing had its peak since April 2014 when the company announced it had reached a new important agreement deal with (SLFA) to become the new official technical kits provider of the famous Sierra Leone. AMS brand has made its debut on the newly engineered tailored Leone's Stars kits, and has been presented for the second round of the same competition played on 19 July 2014 versus the Seychelles, in their home match hosted in Freetown.

Branding future development prospects of the Company
AMS Clothing management is continuing to work hard in progress to ensure a rapid and effective total branding expansion in the African internal marketplaces, from here to 2017 at least. For this purpose it’s focusing its efforts and resources on the study of possible targets. Secondly, AMS Clothing proposes and is setting up a series of distribution retail low cost shop points in domestic markets to try to improve and to make palatable its products and to introduce more of its own brand, not only on the African continent.
