ANMsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian company based in Navi Mumbai founded in 2003 by Mr. Vikash Sinha, the pioneer who started the first e-commerce website Naaptol.com[1] with Mr. Manu Agarwal even before the existence of Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, and Amazon in India. The company is a recognized premier technology solutions provider globally. The company initially focused on the re-engineering of United States-based financial technology companies. Before venturing into and providing Travel technology platform services globally, the company created and launched its own technology framework in the year 2005. A major breakthrough was achieved by the company when many established brands (Woodland, TataCliq, Bata, Raymond, Fernsnpetals, and etc.) started using its framework and other services for their online business growth.
With the official announcement in 2007, at its annual general meeting, the company added another service to its portfolio with the launch of Ontra Travel Technology for Travel and Hospitality as a service and made its intentions clear to globally reform the traditional methods of travel and tourism with its progressive travel booking engine technology. With this, the company started to appear in the league of Provab, Altexsoft, Tavisca, Quadlabs, DataArt, Vibe Travel, Digital-trip, Planyo, and started to serve clients in United States, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand.

The company got its first recognition at the global level with Gartner 2012 Cool Vendor of the year when Octashop was awarded it for its exemplary service in the eCommerce service industry.
A first and most innovative method for various small and big restaurant businesses was introduced in the year 2014 as a new service domain, eWineDine. A lot of research work and information was done to understand the needs of restaurants for booking and management. This new and latest innovation is being used by Ramada Navi Mumbai.
