Devanand Pathak, also known as Aanand Dev is an Indian actor and producer.
Early life
After obtaining a science degree, he moved to Mumbai and started working as an event manager. He then started theatre workshops with Mr Sattya dev Dube. He has been living in Mumbai for the past 17 years. Before moving to Mumbai, he did theatre with late Mr. Rajeev Dube.
Career
His first break was in the serial Maharathi Karan with Sanjay Khan Production. Anand Dev did several shows such as Aakash , Kahin Diya Jale Kahin Jiya, CID, 'Savdhaan India' , Santaan, Mano ya Mano, Jodha Akbar. In Jai Jai Bajrang Bali, he played the role of King Narottam. He played the character of Fakir Azziuddin. He had a leading role in Savdhaan India.
In 2005, he played a role in the movie Dus, directed by Anubhav Sinha. Other movies of his include Bas Ek Pal, directed by Onir and Telugu movie Emo Gurram Egaravachu.
Currently he is working on his upcoming movie POV - Point of View for which he is also a producer .[1]
