Aaron Goodman is an American hematologist and clinical professor at the University of California San Diego.[1] He is openly critical of cancer drug clinical study designs where the experimental drug is not compared to current standards of care but to poorer or uncommon alternatives.[citation needed] He has discussed flawed experimental designs and studies in medicine with Vinay Prasad.[citation needed]
