The life of a common man is designed more by society rather by his choice and we too follow this stereotypical life blindly until we are struck by something disastrous or something which gives meaning to our life, be it small or big event but one event is enough to change the minds of the youth who have exceptional potential.
This story of Aditya Tiwari which revolves around bringing a profound change in society by adopting "Binny" whom he has named Avnish now. Aditya from childhood had been inclined towards social activities and in sports ,he never showed interest in studies and was a troublesome student always disliked by most of his teachers,his persona differed from his peers and his perception of life was entirely different. This was the impertinent reason as to why he opted to adopt a child with special needs even before his marriage. the fact he faced many obstacles and had to deal with government rules and when these rules did not support him,he almost broke them by being adamant on his choice of adopting and bringing in amendments in adoption policy.This is how his story goes on .... Aditya who hails from Pune now his job seemed to be settled at Barclays bank,in and around people looking at the endeavour of Aditya to climb social ladder were immensely impressed and every person wished to have son in law like Aditya. At first Aditya's family came into pressure basically the parents and later it was huge rock for Aditya ,As goals of Aditya lied behind adversity and proximity of common man's thoughts.
Aditya first happened to meet "Binny" at missionaries of charity orphanage on his father's birthday in Indore on 13th september 2014. Aditya was caught by charming face of "Binny"who had extraordinary smile and immense laughing face yet kept away from other kids ,he still played his charisma on Aditya .the soft touch of "Binny" melted Aditya's heart.
There was new love born in heart of Aditya now as Aditya broke away from stereotypes ,he fell in love,his first ever love "Binny"
His heart was now totally inclined towards adopting Binny ,the best part of Aditya was that he believed in his capabilities as well he had conquered his inner fears.Which basically is major hurdle for the youth today. His first step was being put into action and he was ready to face any hurdle without any grievance.
THE day when Aditya went right upto adoption with perspective of adopting Binny but had no clue about adoption process in INDIA . Aditya learns that minimum age for adoption need to be 30 years.Therefore it was a very straight forward "NO" but this "no" was not a "no" for Aditya ,instead a challenge.
The society around him was shocked and so were his parents as they did not understand major goal of Aditya but Aditya continues his journey,he now visits "Binny" everyday and deep connection is being built by both day by day and the authorities of orphanage see this.
Now Aditya starts inquiring about Binny ,they in turn tell him that he is a down syndrome child whose biological parents abandoned him and he would live for no good time in future therefore it would be a wise decision if he drops down the idea of adopting Binny .
Even such a response did not stop him from loving neither leaving Binny , he gave a thought of meeting Binny's parents . Binny's parents were well -to -do seemed more than educated who were so concerned about their status that they believed this sort of child would bring disgrace to family neither they had taken interest to write his name in CWC.(CHILD WELFARE COMMITTEE).
Now Binny was coming into much more light , Binny was into illegal custody ,this made Aditya more concerned every child present at missionaries and Aditya lodges a complaint to "Human rights commission" Which brings to light that there were more than thirty eight children involved in "child trafficking"
In this way Aditya proves its himself that its not just mere words but action that speaks more.Doubtless Aditya is still under aged for adoption yet that he unveiled about "Child trafficking" makes his idea of adopting Binny more stronger.
He is now more confident about himself as he keeps trying .The missionaries of Mother Teresa is closed and Binny is moved to Matra chaya. As Aditya brings out truth of missionaries the fact child trafficking issue came into light but was not totally solved bit the missionaries were nit allowed to keep children for a year this sounded a bit problem for few but there are always good and bad effects of new movement which is for better for the society.
By this period of time Aditya not having not having any supreme power , he starts writing letters to Maneka Gandhi and many other ministers too.The letters to filled with deep emotions did hit hard on heart of Maneka Gandhi that she comes by herself to meet Binny and tells adoption centre to hand him over to Aditya ,the CARA is now in total favour of Aditya .The call taken by Maneka Gandhi was on 21st august 2015. Maneka Gandhi's approval makes a huge difference to his movement of adoption as amendment was made.
Matra Chaya was astonished to see that even the law of adaption was changed by believing the capabilities of person to adopt matters rather than his age as the persona of Aditya was daring ,caring ,understanding and of a matured person who could handle any problem without fear.
Matra Chaya was not just reluctant to handover Binny in hands of Aditya but too was involved in process of using funds of children for personal benefit rather of their own .As they claimed to have shifted Binny to CRC for medical treatment but when he found out with help his friend that no child had ever come there for medical treatment from Bhopal from Orphanage.Therefore he had to play few tricks to bring out the truth and he understood that everything cannot go on straight line, he wanted to adopt Binny by hook or crook.
When orphanage was struck with the news that investigation were made about them without their knowledge without further inquiries , they handover Binny to Aditya.
In this journey of adopting Binny who is now given a official name "Avnish"it was justice own good which he seeked he brought into light about child trafficking and truth about many adoption centres.
His childhood dream finally comes true as he had seen Miss Sushmitha Sen adopting as she was initial inspiration for him.when Aditya receive message from Mrs Sushmitha sen ,he feels genuinely honoured and humble
This was "huge big initiative" taken by Aditya the stereotype which was terrible hurdle for growth of society.Now Aditya renames Binny as Avnish and understands life is much beyond as picture drawn by society,breaking stereotypes is indeed a vital step which every youth should take for betterment of country.
Not just restricted to Avnish's special needs.he feels the need to contact as many people as possible with special needs.He starts collaborating with genuine'NGO'S government organisation . He opens up his own organisation called AVNISH SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANISATION and he also
starts working for their educational needs which is a final concern, medical and health facilities .his concern was also about making them independent .
the training facilities which is special need person should undergo for respectable job and good income . Aditya's life was now soaring up to heights and basically every girl wished to marry him .respective that he had adopted a down syndrome child. As he was all good qualities any girl would prefer to marry him. In and out of the thousand proposals he tied a knot with Arpita on 16th July 2016. His marriage also broke the stereotype Indian marriage as he preferred having only closed relatives and feeding more than ten thousand poor people, animals, planting trees and made his auspicious day a memorable one in the most beautiful manner by benefitting for the society. In this manner it can be stated Aditya to be India's upcoming better future.NOW he has become a motivational speaker going throughout India delivering speeches and with action points to break down the stereotypes and welcome the people with special need's just like welcome any other human rather than reject them!!
