AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. is a privately held American franchise corporation with over 230 operational franchise territories nationwide providing light environmental services including mold remediation, moisture control solutions, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, emergency water removal, and coil cleaning services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients.
History[edit]
The company originated in 1994 as a contracting business handling cleanup and repairs in southern Florida after Hurricane Andrew.[1] Following the relocation of company headquarters to Charlotte, NC, the AdvantaClean brand was established. A pilot franchise program was initiated in 2000 and made available to the general public in 2008. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina.[2]

Spanning 34 states, AdvantaClean has over 230 operational franchise territories and over 100 franchise territories under development as of January 2016.[2][3]
AdvantaClean franchisees range in size from small, single unit home-based businesses to large multi-state organizations covering multiple territories [4][5]
Headquarters and Training Facility[edit]
AdvantaClean’s North Carolina headquarters includes a centralized 24-hour customer care center[6] and a 22,000-square-foot (2,000 m2) training facility located on a 5-acre (20,000 m2) campus. The training center includes a 1,700-square-foot (160 m2) house for hands-on training and full-scale simulations. Franchisees participate in continuing education by attending bi-weekly webinars hosted by AdvantaClean’s home office training staff.[7]
