In 2008, South Carolina native Nicole Sodoma founded the firm with a “family driven” focus.[2] The headquarters location is the Walter Brem House of Charlotte, a historic location that was built in 1903.[3]
In 2012, 2013, and 2014 Sodoma Law was selected as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Charlotte Business Journal.[4][5][6]
In 2015, Sodoma Law opened an office in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina.[7] Penelope Hefner was named to lead the office.[8]
In 2017, the firm expanded to South Carolina with the Sodoma Law York branch.[9]
