Affected: The Story of Us is a 2020 American documentary directed by Artem Koker and produced by Nathan Cushing along with Arazo Media.[1]
The film explores the impacts the coronavirus pandemic on the US citizens, featuring interviews with various individuals with different points of view about the COVID-19. At the same time, the documentary shows the viewer how it came to be, following how Artem and his crew started the project.[2][3][4]
In September 2020, the documentary got its first award at Latitude Film Awards, being selected Silver.[5] Later, in October, World Premiere Film Awards announced Affected winner of Best Documentary and Best Social Awareness Film, along with being finalist in KIMFF festival.[6] and US Hollywood Internacional Golden Film Awards[7] Later, in November, the film also got the Best Trailer award from KIMFF.[8]
