Agendrix is a Canadian company based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, that provides a workforce management software platform.[1][2]

History

Agendrix was founded in 2015 in Sherbrooke, Quebec, by Mathieu Allaire,[3] André Gauthier,[4] Charles Vallières and Samuel Roy. In its early days, Agendrix was supported by the Technology Business Creation Accelerator (ACET) and Sherbrooke Innopole. [5]

In June 2021, Agendrix received a CA$4.2 million investment from BDC Capital and Desjardins Capital. This operation allowed five employee-shareholders to take full control of the company.[6]

In June 2024, Agendrix was acquired by The Citation Group, a global provider of compliance and human resources management software.[7][8] The Agendrix management team and employees remained in their positions following the acquisition.[9]
