Aiman Ezzat (born 22 May 1961) is a French businessman and executive who currently serves as the CEO of the French IT services company Capgemini. He replaced Paul Hermelin at the top post of Capgemini in May 2020. Paul Hermelin still continues at Capgemini as the chairman of the board.[2]

He is a French national.
He completed his M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at the École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon and his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.[1]
Career[edit]
Before starting his CEO stint at Capgemini, he worked for a number of multinational IT services companies, including IBM and Genpact.[1]
Capgemini[edit]
His association with Capgemini spans a total of 16 years. During these 16 years, he has held the positions of COO, CFO and Vice President.[1]
In May 2020, he took charge as the CEO of Capgemini.[3]
As the CEO of Capgemini, he has overseen the below developments:[3]
- acquisition of the IT company ALTRAN
- acquisition of the Indian IT company Kanbay
- small scale development of electric vehicles
During his tenure, Capgemini has successfully competed not only with Western rivals such as Atos and DXC Technology, but also with major Indian IT companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and Wipro.[3]
