The Al-Idrisi Montes /ælɪˈdriːsiː ˈmɒntiːz/ are a mountain range on Pluto in the northwest portion of Tombaugh Regio. On the west it is bordered by Viking Terra and on the north by Voyager Terra. It is named for Muhammad al-Idrisi, an Almoravid explorer and cartographer. It was discovered by the New Horizons spacecraft in July 2015.
