Alecia Lena
Alecia Lena Piccininni (Born July 19, 1996), known by her stage name Alecia Lena is an American music artist born and raised in New Jersey. She is also widely known as an influencer via social media, particularly on Instagram, Alecia Lena has a unique sound which draws influences from artists such as JID, Joey Bada$$, Kyle, and Amine. Her genre would classify as "Alternative Rap" based off her lyricism and electronic sounding beats.
Alecia Lena's debut single "Waves" was released on August 25, 2018 jumpstarting her musical career. On November 23rd of the same year, Alecia Lena followed up her debut single with "Simple". All music released by the artist is engineered by producer, Alpha Andreti. Both Alecia Lena and Alpha Andreti are independent artists in collaboration together as a group/label called KoolKatz Inc. which was founded in November of 2018. On May 18th of the year 2019, Alecia Lena released single "State of Mind". Following that project, KoolKatz released Alecia's first EP titling "NMJS" on September 13, 2019, ironically falling on Friday the 13th. Her most recent release would include single "Thank You" which dropped on February 29, 2020.
