Alessandro D’Ubaldo is an Italian entrepreneur, restaurateur, founder of 800 PIZZA, and PINSANITY® based in the United Arab Emirates.[1][2][3] 800 Pizza also owns two additional brands Pinsanity and Cluckrs, both founded by Alessandro D'Ubaldo.[4][5][6][7][8]

In 1999 at the age of Alessandro moved to the United Arab Emirates as a cabin crew member of Emirates Airline.[9][3] 800 Pizza also owns two additional brands Pinsanity and Cluckrs, both founded by Alessandro D'Ubaldo.[4]
In 2003, Alessandro ventured into the real estate market in Dubai, launching Furnished Apartments, a short-term rental platform. In 2007 he founded 800 PIZZA an Italian pizza restaurant chain.[10][11]
In 2007, as a result of his interest for the cuisine of his homeland, Alessandro opened the first 800 PIZZA branch in Al Barsha (Dubai) with an investment of around half a million Dirham. The restaurant chain is present in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ajman. 800 Pizza also owns two additional brands Pinsanity and Cluckrs, both founded by Alessandro D'Ubaldo.[12] Pinsanity has branches in UAE and Saudi Arabia,[13] while Cluckrs is operational in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
In 2011, Alessandro partnered with the Dubai-based Belhasa Hospitality Group. In 2020 Alessandro launched the PINSANITY® and the CLUKRS® brands in the UAE and in 2021 expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In November 2021, 800 PIZZA was acquired by cloud kitchen operator KITOPI.[14][3][15][16][3][17][18]
