History
Allegiance Title Company is an independent title insurance company founded in 1995 by Attorney Dawn Moore of Dallas, Texas. In 2003, Allegiance Title Company was acquired by First American Financial Corporation[2]. In 2009, Moore purchased the Allegiance Title name and relaunched as an independent, locally owned title agency. In 2009 Allegiance Title operated three offices and by 2012 had grown to 22 offices in North Texas. In 2016, Allegiance Title Company expanded into Houston[3]. [4] Allegiance Title offers commercial and residential services.
As of 2019, Allegiance Title Company has locations in Arlington, TX; Coppell, TX; Flower Mound, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Frisco, TX; Houston Cypress, TX; Houston Galleria[5], TX; Houston Memorial, TX; Houston Vintage, TX; Lake Worth, TX; Lakewood[6], TX; McKinney, TX; Plano, TX; Preston Center, TX; Southlake, TX; Turtle Creek, TX.
