AltimaCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software platform developed by Intivion Technologies. It is used by brokerage firms operating in foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and proprietary trading sectors. The platform provides tools for client and partner management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and integration with trading systems.
History
Intivion Technologies was founded in 2006 as a custom software development company. In 2009, the company expanded its services to provide technology solutions for brokerage firms, focusing on operational and regulatory requirements in financial services.
In 2016, Intivion began developing a CRM platform tailored to the workflows and operations of brokerage firms. The platform was officially launched as AltimaCRM in 2022.[1]
Following its launch, AltimaCRM integrated with multiple trading systems. It connected with multiple trading platforms, including MetaQuotes, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and CTrader. AltimaCRM also integrated with SquareTalk, Voiso and others for communication functions.[2] The platform was presented at the iFX EXPO Dubai in 2024 and 2025.[3][4][5][6]
Overview
AltimaCRM provides tools for brokerage operations, including client and partner management, compliance monitoring, and reporting.[1][7][8] It supports onboarding, client account management, and monitoring of trading activity through integration with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, ANDtrader, and Mobius Trader.[9][10][11][12]
Compliance features include identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and audit trails for compliance. The platform incorporates workflow automation tools, reporting dashboards, and communication modules to manage operational processes.[13]
Communication channels include email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems.[14] AltimaCRM uses a modular architecture that enables operational components to function on shared real-time data.[15] It connects with third-party services including Brokeree Prop Pulse,[16][17][18][19] Voiso,[20][21] Leverate’s SIRIX,[22][23] and TradingView.[24] The system also supports payment processing and know-your-customer (KYC) verification through external providers.[25][8]
