Alturki Holding is a Saudi business investment company founded in 1975 and headquartered in Dhahran.[1] The company invests in building materials, infrastructure, information and communication technologies, oilfield services, real estate and healthcare IT. One of its main subsidiaries, is Saudi Readymix Concrete Company.Saudi Readymix Concrete Company[2]
In 2022, Alturki Holding was a diamond sponsor for IKTVA[3], The In-Kingdom Total Value Add Program by Aramco.[4]
Acquisitions & Joint Ventures[edit]
In 2021, Alturki’s upstream subsidiary, Sawafi Al-Jazeera Oilfield Products & Services acquired the US drilling services company Newsco.[5][6]
Sawafi also signed a JV with Russia’s Borets International in 2019, to create Sawafi Borets, for manufacturing, testing, and service of electronic submersible pumps (ESP).[7] [8]
In 2013, Alturki Holding entered the auto-leasing industry, acquiring the Saudi based Samara Car Rental Services in October 2013. Alturki added 4 new companies to its portfolio in 2013, including Samara.[9][10]
