AMB DIVAKAR C SARKAR CCK KLH is a distinguished intergovernmental Diplomat, Juridical Officer and Humanitarian philanthropist, having been appointed as Goodwill Ambassador Extraordinary to the United Nations, Commissioned Military Colonel General and concurrently Dy. Sec. General of the Interpol Command, a prominent License Judge of International Special Court of Arbitration, have dedicated his life for service to Humanity in aim to "Serve and be of Serving being Public Servant Serving Servants" and Human Development Project globally.

AMB DIVAKAR CHANDRA SARKAR CCK KLH was born on 6th November, 1986 at a General Hospital in PH, ASEAN Region with blessings of Divine Government for greater good for human Society. Amb. Divakar Chandra is currently the Goodwill Ambassador at Large Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Nations concurrently he holds the Commissioned Military rank as Colonel General & Dy. Sec. General, Interpol Command (Line Agency of the C300) and works on complex tasks for Social Justice, Implementing UN Sustainable Development Goals and Global Settlements of Heritage Assets for human development and settling international disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration for world peace, justice and equality by implementing United Nations Sustainable Development Goals globally in fulfillment of YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMORROW and FOREVER for all Nations.
