Andreas Dall (20. januar 1882 i Jels15. oktober 1975 i Aabenraa) was a German/danish architect born in Jels at that time Duchy of Schleswig, that was German at that time. He lost his Parents as he was to years old, they died from tuberculosis. He was skilled as a carpenter and became later an architect at the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt, Germany. Under World War I he was connected to the Railway troups at the East Front. After returning from there, he established as an Architect in Flensburg, Germany. He was architect on Duborg Skolen in Flensburg, Ansgar Skolen in Schleswig and Uffe Skolen in Tönning.

Andreas Dall was the first chairman of Dansk Skoleforening a private organisation founded in the private home of Andreas Dall, running schools for the danish minority in Southern Schleswig and after WWII also kindergardens.

After Hitlers takeover of power in 1933, it was more difficult to get work as a person belonging to the danish minority in Southern Schleswig. But through an old acquaintance in Kiel, he was offered work restoring old churches.

He applied for and became a Danish citizen in 1937, but still lived in Flensburg. When the Second World War broke out in 1939, he settled in Århus, where he, among other things, designed and built the townhouse development Præstehaven Nr. 50-80 .
