Angel Amaqui
John Joseph Baet Amaqui (born June 6, 1991), better known as "Angel Amaqui" and "The Silent One", is a Filipino YouTuber, comedian, editor, vlogger and online streamer. He is known for his special skill of not talking in the videos of Team Payaman[1] in YouTube.
He is considered as one of the members of Team Payaman, a group of vloggers in the Philippines.
Team Payaman is a group of content creators in the Philippines led by Cong TV. Cong TV introduced Team Payaman and its members on his YouTube videos.[2]
Team Payaman was featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho last October 29, 2020 and introduced all of its members including Angel Amaqui.[3]
Career
YouTube
Angel Amaqui created his YouTube account on June 23, 2016 and started to upload content in August 5, 2020[4]. The first video on Angel's account that is still accessible involves him pulling a prank on Kevin Hermosada. The video is still accessible in YouTube and currently has 618,000 views.
In September 2020, Angel reached 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. He currently has almost 300,000 subscribers.
As of September 2021, Angel gained almost 5 million views in YouTube.
He has over 20 videos on his YouTube channel.
Aside from being a Youtuber, Angel also became the video editor of Viy Cortez for 1 year. (2019-2020)
His first video edited during his time being Viy's editor was "Pilitan Blags" uploaded in March 12, 2019 with 300,000 views. [5] He was first introduced as Viy's editor in April 2019.
Angel is also known as a great editor for editing Viy Cortez' daily vlogs during March to May 2020.[6]
And later on, became the video editor of Christian Gaspar also known as "Boss Keng"[7] and Patricia Velasquez also known as "Neneng Lameg".[8] (2020-present)
The first video he edited on Boss Keng's YouTube Channel was entitled "MENSAHE NAMIN SAYO MAN"[9] which was uploaded on August 29, 2020 with 1,000,000 views.
He is also known as a great editor for editing Patricia Velasquez' daily vlogs in the present.[10] (September 2021)
Streamer
Angel became a Facebook Level Up streamer on May 6, 2020. He streams various games such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Call of Duty Mobile, VALORANT, Genshin Impact, and many more.[11] His Facebook page, Angel Amaqui[12], reached almost 120,000 followers as of now.
