Aristotle Loumis (born September 11, 1990) is a Greek-American entrepreneur, author, and public speaker[1] who founded Ellison Eyewear.[2]

Ellison Eyewear[edit]

Loumis started Chicago-based fashion company Ellison Eyewear in 2014. The sunglasses by Ellison are known for being featured in FOX hit series Empire.[3]

Aristotle named the company Ellison, which takes its name from the Greek word for sun, Elios. The lenses are made by Carl Zeiss— the manufacturer that designed the lenses used to film the first moon landing.[4]
