Artisan Furniture was launched in 2016 by Amit Basu as an online trading name for Global Vision Direct Limited headquartered in Westminster, London.[4][5] The company's factory is based in Jaipur, India where the furniture products are manufactured and shipped out.[6][7][8]
In 2019, Artisan Furniture acquired the online brand rights to PD Global, a UK-based furniture and accessories brand.[9] [10][11] In 2020, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the British self-styled "homestyle consultant" and television personality designed a new furniture collection with Artisan Furniture.[12][13][14][15]
