Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is a hospital located in Kokomo, Indiana and is part of the Ascension (healthcare system) group of hospitals.[1]
History[edit]
In 1936, the location of the former Howard County Hospital, a hospital that went defunct during the Great Depression, was purchased by Kokomo's Good Samaritan Hospital. Ownership was transferred to Sisters of St. Joseph in 1939.[2] The hospital transferred sponsorship to St. Vincent Health in 1994.

The hospital is accredited as a Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission.[3]
