St. Vincent Evansville (formerly St. Mary's Health) is a health system started in 1872 encompassing 79 health facilities throughout the Evansville Tri-State area including Evansville, Indiana in Vanderburgh County and Boonville, Indiana in Warrick County.[1] St. Mary’s and St. Vincent joined together in 2012 to create one statewide, integrated healthcare ministry.[1] St. Vincent is a part of Ascension Health, the nation’s largest nonprofit health system and the world’s largest Catholic health system.[2]

Awards[edit]

St. Vincent Evansville has twice (2011 and 2016) received Magnet Designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.[3]
