Ashish (born October 11, 1994), is an Indian swimmer. He is a national level swimmer in breaststroke.[1]
Career[edit]
Ashish started his swimming career in the 2008 Delhi state's U-17 swimming championship. He won three gold medals in the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke and qualified for his first nationals.[2] Thereafter he won two silver medals in 100m breaststroke and 200m breaststroke, at the National School Games 2010 held at Sholapur, India. He again won one silver medal in 200m breaststroke and one bronze medal in 100m breaststroke at National School Games 2011 held at Goa, India.[3] He won one bronze medal in 200m breaststroke at the All India Inter University swimming meet 2013 held at Amritsar, India. Ashish was named best swimmers in men's at the Delhi University inter-college swimming championship where he collected five gold medals.[4]
Ashish is an undergraduate student at SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi.
