The Association of Residential Managing Agents is a professional body for companies active in the management of leasehold blocks of flats in the United Kingdom.

Members are often estate agents, surveyors or residential management companies.

Members must abide by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors code of practice known as the "Service Charge Residential Management Code".
