Register of Qualified Genealogists

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The Register of Qualified Genealogists (RQG) is an international professional association, based in the UK, for genealogists who hold a recognised qualification. The association launched in March 2016.[1]

The main goals of the organization are to provide a register of qualified genealogists and to promote awareness of qualified genealogists. To this end, RQG also provides a post-nominal for members (QG – Qualified Genealogist).

RQG is the publisher of The Journal of Genealogy and Family History (ISSN 2399-2964), an online-only peer-reviewed journal "covering broad scholarly research in genealogy and family history".[2]
