Musical career[edit]
Aupheus self-released his debut record Descent EP in 2006, prompting Hip Hop Connection magazine to state that “as a producer of heavyweight instrumentals he can't be beaten.”[2] He has produced tracks for Sage Francis, B. Dolan, Scroobius Pip and Buck 65.[3]
In November 2013 his mix Strictly Scientific blending classic hip hop and ambient-electronic music was awarded MTV Hive's Mix of the Week.[4][5]
In 2016 The Source magazine announced that he would be part of Strange Famous Records' SFDigi roster,[6] and in 2018 he released his debut full-length solo album MEGALITH. The album features collaborations with Sage Francis, B. Dolan, Prolyphic and Seez Mics.[7]
