Ayhan Tongadur (born November 12, 1980) is a German stunt performer, actor, producer, martial artist and Hollywood celebrities' trainer.[1]

Personal life[edit]

Turkish by heritage, he was born and raised, with his two older siblings, in a small town in Karlsruhe, Germany.[2] His love of the arts came to him when he was six, revealing itself in the form of films starring his idol, Bruce Lee. Motivated by his idol, Tongadur wanted to join a dojo, but he was too young to be accepted. His martial arts journey started at age 10 when he joined a school near his home, ITF Tae-Kwon-Do. When he was 15 he started boxing for the police academy and fought for the German State Championship at age 17. Following in the footsteps of his idol, Bruce Lee, Tongadur decided to follow his dreams and journey to America to become a professional stuntman.[3] At the age of 23, he found himself in a foreign land, struggling to support himself as a restaurant employee by day and a nightclub bouncer by night. For several years, he continued to vigorously practice martial arts and connect with likeminded individuals within the entertainment industry. Eventually, he trained under world champion and renowned stunt-fight coordinator, J.J. Perry.[4] [5]

Career[edit]

He began his career in the entertainment industry in 2005 when he moved from Germany to Los Angeles. As an accomplished stunt actor, Tongadur's work can be seen in over 45 movies. In 2019 he created and executive produced his first short film Game Masters.

Charitable works[edit]

Tongadur plans to launch a charity Action for Orphans which will be a 501(c)(3) in Los Angeles in 2020 to help orphans around the world.
