Balsam Hill™ is a retailer of premium artificial Christmas trees, holiday and home décor. The company was founded in 2006 by now CEO Thomas "Mac” Harman.
Balsam Hill is the flagship brand of parent company Balsam Brands. In 2016, the company was named one of America's Best Small Companies by Forbes.[1] In addition, Balsam Brands was recognized by Inc.com’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America lists from 2012 through 2019.[2] The head office of parent company, Balsam Brands, is based in Redwood City, California and has offices in Boise, Dublin, the Philippines, and Windsor, Canada.
Balsam Hill entered the market as a retailer of premium artificial Christmas trees. The brand has since expanded into complimentary holiday décor, and more recently season décor with a focus on artificial foliage.
