BeEF
"BeEF" - Browser Exploitation Framework [1] is a software used to deploy and manage malware in web browsers. It is commonly used by hackers, penetration testers, and network security specialists to hijack web browsers, however the project site states that "This project is developed solely for lawful research and penetration testing." [2] A user with malicious intent can use BeEF to monitor activity within a victim's web browser, deliver fake web pages to the victim, and steal their passwords.
