Benbria is a customer experience management company based in Ottawa, Ontario.[1]. The company provides an omni-channel customer engagement solution called the Loop Platform, which uses mobile, online, and on-property technologies - including SMS, email, web, in-app and messaging channels, as well as kiosks.[2]

Benbria was founded in 2008 by Mason Du (CTO), Alicia Liu and Ronald Richardson (Vice President of Product).[3]
In 2014 Benbria hit 1 million global users. In addition, during this year Benbria landed a partnership with Sandals Resorts International to enhance their customer engagement strategy.[4]

Loop Inbox[edit]
The Loop Inbox is a tool dedicated to managing customer communications and feedback. The Loop Inbox can receive and respond to messages, view insights from customer surveys, communicate internally with other team members, and access data from Loop’s analytics suite.[5]
Loop Messenger[edit]
The Loop Messenger suite enables omni-channel communication for businesses and their customers. Built to manage real time communication from a variety of channels within the Loop Inbox, it allows customers to connect with businesses on the communication medium of their choice, with all messages being provisioned into a unified team inbox.[6]
Loop Pulse[edit]
The Loop Pulse suite measures the customer experience in real time. From a single point of service, or throughout the entire customer journey, it offers online and on-site real-time measurement with instant team alerts to recover at-risk customers. Users can also track performance and identify areas of improvement with the Loop Pulse analytics and reporting tools.
