Benham Parsa is a fictional character from the television show NCIS. The role is played by Karan Oberoi.
Overview
Parsa is a ruthless killer who has NCIS members as his target. Parsa is a terrorist of Indian origin and a good English-speaking man. Parsa is solely responsible for bombing a government-sponsored black-tie gala that left DOD agent (and NCIS friend) Delilah Fielding paralyzed and many others dead. Parsa runs a terrorist outfit called Brotherhood and his driver Malik is also a part of it, carrying out his tasks. Parsa's cold-blooded intentions came to an end when he was shot dead by Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
