Benham Parsa is a fictional character from television show NCIS. The role is played by Karan Oberoi
Overview[edit]
Parsa is a ruthless killer who has NCIS members as its target. Parsa is a terrorist from Indian origin and good English speaking man. Parsa is a sole responsible person who who bombed a government- sponsored black-tie gala that left DOD agent (and NCIS friend) Delilah Fielding paralyzed and many others dead. Parsa runs a terrorist outfit called Brotherhood and his driver Malik is also a part of it and carry his tasks. Parsa's cold blooded intentions came to an end where he was shot dead by Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
