Big Five Aspect Scales
The Big Five Aspect Scales is a personality test further elaborating upon the big five personality traits test model. It adds two "aspects" to each trait.[1] Aspects represent a level of precision between the big five personality traits and the facets of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory.[2][3] The scales are public domain.[4] The five personalities that make up the aspect scales are Openness, Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Extraversion, and Neuroticism.
Traits and aspects[edit]
- Openness to Experience, made up of the aspects Openness to Experience and Intellect
- Conscientiousness, made up of the aspects Orderliness and Industriousness
- Extraversion and introversion, made up of the aspects Enthusiasm and Assertiveness
- Agreeableness made up of the aspects of Politeness and Compassion
- Neuroticism, made up of the aspects of Withdrawal and Volatility
