Since 1981, the firm has litigated complex civil and white collar criminal matters nationwide. Bird Marella was founded in 1981 by two former Assistant United States Attorneys, Terry Bird and Vincent Marella. The firm has since grown to include a number of former judicial clerks and Assistant United States Attorneys and handles a widespread area of commercial issues.
