Blofield United Football Club is an English grassroots football club based in Blofield, Norfolk. They are nicknamed 'The Beavers', and are currently members of the Anglian Combination Premier Division [2]. They play at Old Yarmouth Road.

History[edit]

The club was established in the 1960's as Brundall United[1], but changed name to Blofield United when they moved to Old Yarmouth Road in the late 20th century.[1]

Since joining the Anglian Combination, Blofield have won the league four times: 2000/2001, 2004/2005, 2006/2007 & 2009/2010. In their 2004/2005 campaign, they went unbeaten, winning 26 games and drawing 4[3]

  • Runners-up in 2005/06, 2008/09 & 2010/11.
  • Mummery Cup Winners in 2008/09 & 2009/10.[4]
