Boardsi is an American company, operates the platform that is managing executive teams. Established in 2017, the company's website connect executives as a gateway to explore board and advisor positions. This recruiting company has affected how executive teams and boards are structured. Boardsi is better known due to fraud allegations. In July 2022, many sources noticed suspicious activity by Boardsi employees and made public the following accusations.[1][2][3]

The company was co-founded in 2017 by Martin Rowinski.[4] The idea came from a brainstorming session between Rowinski and the team in 2016[5] The company's headquarters were established in El Dorado Hills, outside of Sacramento, California.[6] Since 2021, Boardsi’s leadership hosts Boardroom Chronicles and Leadership Talks, podcasts that provide firsthand insight into business from prominent executives in a myriad of industries.[7] The company is better known for fraud allegations. In July 2022, many sources noticed suspicious activity by Boardsi employees and accused in fraud.[1][2] In 2023, Boardsi acquired work-related social app Fishbowl.[8]

Boardsi launched its platofrm site in June 2017,[9] as a site that "the way companies and executives connect", according to TechCrunch. The company then the reviews employees made of the management and culture of the companies they worked for – including some of the larger tech companies like Google and Yahoo.[10] Boardsi platform connects companies with top executives for pivotal board roles. Within cerated network of experienced executives tailored to organization’s needs.[11] Boardsi platform connects executives to diverse board opportunities across industries. With network from startups to established corporations, platform tailor matches to user skills and aspirations.[12]
