History[edit]

BZT Fashion (original name) was founded in 2007 to conduct outsourced online, mono-brand operations for fashion brands. In 2010, Hermann Haraldsson was recruited as the company’s new CEO. The business model for running ecommerce operations to other companies came to an end when Bestseller (company), who at the time was the biggest client, insourced all ecommerce operations. The company was saved by existing investors and ECCO who came in as a new client.[4] The new strategy meant that Boozt.com was launched as a multi-brand webstore.

In 2014 they aquired Lucky Little Me.[5]

In 2015 the name BZT Fashion AB was changed to Boozt Fashion AB and Booztlet.com, the online fashion outlet store, was launched.

In 2016 the first physical store was opened in Copenhagen 2016. This was later shut down due to poor performance[6]

In 2017 the company was listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

2017 - Present

In 2019 Boozt aquired tech company Touchlogic.[7]

In 2020 Boozt was listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

In 2020 Boozt launched the Home interior category[clarification needed].[8]

In 2021 Boozt acquired tech company Estina.[9]

In 2021 In the same year, Boozt Fashion AB acquired 66.7% of the shares in the fashion brand, Rosemunde.[10]
