Brasada Ranch is a luxury resort and residential community located in the unincorporated community of Powell Butte, Oregon, approximately 20 miles east of Bend, Oregon, in the high desert region of Central Oregon. It is known for its scenic views of the Cascade Mountains, club amenities and events, golf course, and extensive recreational activities.

History

Brasada Ranch was originally developed by Jeld-Wen, an Oregon-based window and door company, with a vision of creating a luxury residential resort that emphasized environmental sustainability. The initial development began in 2005. Sun Forest Construction was involved in building many of the initial cabins and custom homes on the property.

In 2010, Jeld-Wen sold Brasada Ranch to Northview Hotel Group. Northview Hotel Group repositioned the property, further developing it as a destination resort while maintaining and complementing the existing residential community. The resort has since continued to expand its offerings and accommodations.
